      Stable work environment, good lower management (direct supervisor)

      Cons

      More bonus was promised than delivered all 3 years, however a new commission base seems to take that out of managements hands somewhat. Overworked for the pay in my opinion.

      Was close to home, worked outside.. equipment was decent, and there's a 20 word minimum and I've run out of good things to say...

      Cons

      Pay was terrible, as an applicator they promise you acre bonuses but have fine print they never tell you about. The other employees are all drunks that wouldn't show up for work.
