The organization can struggle sometimes with identifying the right right speed of change (can be at times too fast/too slow).

New CEO leadership, will right the ship and move us in the right direction. With the promotion of Jay Debertin we will be better prepared to address the uncertainty of the ag economy and return to better than peer company!profitability.
