      Pros

      Even in a couple of lean years they have stayed busy and there have been no layoffs; annual pay increases have remained in tact. When the markets turn around again, the potential bonus set up is generous.

      Cons

      Corporate headquarters is in Minnesota; we are a long ways from Minnesota, and it often feels that way. CHS in name only, based upon the signs on the outside of the building. Hard to feel like we are truly part o the CHS team.

      Very clean layout and easy to find information regarding CHS and the areas within the company.

      Maybe showcase some CHS' brands as people may recognize the connection to CHS

      The benefits and pay were amazing. I had vacation and 401k right off of the bat.

      Cons

      The hours I worked were very long, and I was on call for most of the time I was employed there. This might have only been for the specific location I worked at.
