      Pros

      Great co-workers, team oriented, no chance for promotion.

      Cons

      Salaries are held down with promise of bonus. Company is in a downturn in Agribusiness. No possibilities to make up salary deficit without bonuses. Bonus outlook is bleak at best.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Infrequent micro-management. The company wants results and, as long as they get them, you're left alone to do your job.

      Cons

      Variable pay/bonuses are not as advertised. The company did not make budget this year but still made a trainload of money. They're not paying bonuses. It's supposedly the 6th or 7th best year in company history, but no variable comp. If you're thinking about coming here do not let them put more than 10% of your comp on the bonus system in the negotiations. They'll try to sell you on how great and fair the bonus program is. Get everything you can in the salary because they're not fair with variable comp. A lot of long-term employees are taking a major pay cut this year for no good reason.
