      They do not dump money into IT, they operate like a small company when they are really enterprise.

      Pros

      I came in with no background in agriculture, but everyone in the marketing and communications team was really helpful in helping me learn in such a short period of time. The projects I completed really allowed me to show off all I had learned in school, but also helped me expand positively in those skills. Great company, great team, great atmosphere.

      Cons

      I wish I would have had more time to work with other interns and other departments.

      - Great pay That's about it.

      Cons

      - HUGE amount of politics, both in HQ and at facility - if you are not close to their HQ, there's going to be no way for upward mobility. You are going to be stuck at the facility - Upward management (and corporate) like to play the blame game, rather than own up to their mistakes - not much diversity (both in ethnicity and gender) for anyone high up - if you have an idea/thought that would be beneficial in some way, they will steal it as their own
