      Pros

      Won't have to worry about getting out of work by 5, so work/life balance is certainly kept in check. Nice people, everyone quite courteous. Anyone whose first priority is getting home to their kids will be right at home here.

      Cons

      Like any big company, it moves incredibly slow, both because getting anything done requires going through several layers and because the employee demographic is predominantly middle-aged, meaning resistance to change is ubiquitous. For anyone seeking a lively work space that keeps you constantly engaged, this is not your company.

      Pros

      Really great teams, from the engineers, to HR, to operators. It was a real pleasure working there.

      Cons

      Upper management seemed a little ineffective, but the individual plants seemed to enjoy the autonomy.

      Pros

      Good company. Good benefits. Don't have to worry about job security. Do your job and you have no worries.

      Cons

      People are complacent. Average is par for the course. No one is looking to go above and beyond if they don't have to. Salaries are below average. If you want to be a trader in the Ag industry go work for a small company where you are working right off a p and L.
