False promises with a toxic culture

Annual bonus payouts were quite sizable.

Cons

Two HR leaders verbally offered me employment that they never followed through with. I was eventually hired there by a different leader, but this culture of deception, false promises, and not holding people accountable for their words and actions, is toxic and appears to be accepted by leadership. I’ve learned my lesson, never again.

Poor Working Hostile working conditions

Pros

They pay you accurately and on time. Decent health benefits Blue Shield ( but don't get sick it will cost $$$), forget any profit sharing.

Cons

No Breaks, just worked 11+ hours outside with not one break or relief, Shoveling rotting grain in harsh weather conditions. Hostile management who play favorites. Dumping all the physical work on one person. No teamwork whatsoever. Bad unsafe equipment. Safety guards removed or not operating. Old Trucks with bad tires, bad brakes, poor heat, no A/C, air leaks, Blown suspension Airbag took three months for repair. Truck Federal annual safety inspections years expired 2020, 2021.
