      Pros

      Good company. Good benefits. Don't have to worry about job security. Do your job and you have no worries.

      Cons

      People are complacent. Average is par for the course. No one is looking to go above and beyond if they don't have to. Salaries are below average. If you want to be a trader in the Ag industry go work for a small company where you are working right off a p and L.

      Pros

      Good company Plenty of Upward movement if you are qualified Multiple divisions and business groups to utilize skilled employees Competitive salary and great overall benefit package

      Cons

      There is a very lopsided manager to subordinate ratio. Starting at the bottom of the food chain as a warehouseman I had to answer to six separate managers and supervisors within just my local cooperative group, that is before even getting to the corporate level management.

      Leadership lacks direction and openness. Communication isn't consistent. Lacks discipline and somewhat unprofessional.
