Pros

I have worked at CHS Inc for almost two years now and have really enjoyed how my role has progresses. CHS really cares about internal mobility for its employees and has a leadership academy with different development opportunities. They also have subscriptions to LinkedIn learning for their employees so I can learn in my own time a wide variety of topics.

Cons

I really don't see any.
