Scientists and staff are dedicated. Some decent science coming out of the programs. Great benefits. Good pay for international staff

Cons

Exhausting, sometimes mean-spirited, unprofessional culture that chases money and power. The problems start at the top and have been growing increasingly worse in the last year or two

Los extranjeros ganan hasta 5 veces mas que los mexicanos por el simple hecho de ser extranjeros. El ambiente laboral es terrible y altamente jerárquico. Tienen al mando a gente bastante ignorante y cero capacitada en sus áreas de trabajo. Permiten que el personal sea maltratado por sus superiores. La actual administración ha provocado múltiples renuncias.
