Pros

Entrepreneural spirit allows associates to share their ideas, giving them the opportunity to help make the work environment a better place. Work life balance, great benefits including sick and vacation time.

Cons

Some of the management that have been in place for a long period of time, have given a sense of dictatorship. Movement up with the company organizational chart is slow, unless you're in the correct group.
