No weekends off no restructure of bonuses for management and super hard to get a bonus. Delivery and customer care make it impossible for ot of customers. Schedule is horrible you could be closing or opening every day and no incentive to ever move up the chain unless you are ok with taking $30k paycut Health insurance is costly and very 50/50 on who covers
