You can work from home Keith is a great CEO he actually interacts with his staff but the people who works for him may god have mercy

Cons

Slow software Bad management Low income No overtime No furniture Unhappy customers No sick days No paid time of No vacation hours If you need a day off you have to tell them within 30 days even if it is under unforeseen circumstances. If you call out you must provide a doctors note They give people who a bilingual higher positions not because they are better at solving problems but because they are bilingual. They are not consistent The stress isn’t worth it

Pros

Position was a remote position. All equipment was provided

Cons

Training process was not the best. They tell you to do something and then once you do it they would say I would’ve done differently.
