      You are given every tool to succeed and move up in the company. Asking questions is the key to understanding something that may not be fully explain in depth. You can reach out to anyone and they are willing to help in any way they can. There is always meetings with the higher ups to make sure you stay on track and help you move in the right direction.

      Cons

      Can’t have full weekends off, but management is very accommodating if you do need a weekend off.
