      Family environment, well bonus structure, growth opportunity, great merchandise with fair prices, easy warranty seller since cust gets it back if never used as a store credit

      Long hours, weekends are mandatory, always expected to out perform previous years results

      Good if you're really insecure and need a cult-like environment

      Cons

      Sales is the worst place to be. Bad hours and NO paid holidays. Every weekend and when there's a holiday corp gets the holiday off...sales has to use their day off for it....WTF?! AND you're on Commission only!! No room to grow!

      No professional development You compete with managers to make your sales and it effects their support towards you No room for advancement, takes over 10 years to get promoted, seniority feelings and outside friendships with management has a say so in your possibility Office Politics is Very High No 401k match Insurance Premiums High
