      Pros

      Love our CITY family, great culture, work/life balance, benefits and perks, promote from within environment, We continue to grow with new showroom openings throughout FL and future expansion into other states in the next couple of years.

      Cons

      Like many retailers, our business is directly impacted by interest rates. Increase in rates cause decline in sales, forcing restructure in some areas of the business recently.

      I Would Gladly Work At CITY Again!

      Pros

      The IT department operates as a mostly agile environment with a strong team concept.

      Cons

      Cross training efforts need improvement. Still too many towers of knowledge and subject matter experts without substantial backup among the long term staff. Being in the retail space, the company is strongly affected by the state of the economy.
