- the owner has a policy of “ask him anything” but then we you ask him. He doesn’t answer you and hides behind his keyboard.

- There’s no rapid growth within the company, the owner himself says you can’t skip multiple roles up. That’s not a thing. So if you apply make sure you’re shooting straight up to the highest role/salary first because you won’t get there in years…

- if they do try to promote you, it’s against your will. So watch out when they try to change your title. Ask questions before moving because all of a sudden you have more meetings and more responsibilities and the increase in your pay doesn’t make sense for the new work you’re given
- keep track of any OT payment you agree to do, they don’t keep track and if you don’t - you’ll never get paid for it
- if you don’t comply with what they tell you to do, you’ll start to see retaliation. Such as your work becoming sabotaged by your supervisor changing the process in which you do things. So document everything you do with screenshots.
