Pros

Honestly I don't have any pros for this job besides that some really good guys work here and tips from the customers.

Cons

Not a good job. I would never recommend this job even for that $500 referral bonus it's not worth it, you work way too many hours, for a job that pays commission. You have potential to make good money at this job but the supervisors want you to pay them off to make the money or if you're friends with them. They don't promote the hardest workers, they promote the biggest leaches. No proper training for the drivers, we get furniture with no hardware and then they give you the wrong hardware. If we bring back any furniture back your pay gets cut. Pays gets cut for any little thing. You might start out with $150 for the day and end with $50. Management doesn't help with anything only 1 good supervisor.

Pros

You can make good money but you will have to work really hard for it. You meet great people! Bonuses, health insurance, 401k. Semi annual recognitions.

Cons

Say good bye to your late night hangouts and weekends. If you have kids, this won't work. If you are a student this will work. You will have a lot of downtime to study. The worst part of this job is to encounter with a few managers that will make your life hell for the rest of your career with the company even though you moved stores and all. If you happened to have problems with this lady you can forget about growing in the company no matter how good you are. There was a lot of bullying and back stabbing. There is great managers and really bad managers. The goals are high and you have to "life" which means work 12 hr shifts to hit your goal. They over float the showroom making harder for you to take a costumer... You might have to wait 2-3 hours sometimes to take one single costumer.
