Family spirited company with commitment to continuously improve every year. Very big on Associate Satisfaction and work life balance. Alot of Community involvement and Giving Back. Each associate is treated to work and think like an entrepreneur. Everyone has mutual trust and respect for one another.

Cons

Large company with expanded growth causes increase in associate demand and do to reqs not being able to be fulfilled in certain circumstances, can cause more work for different departments. Committed to Profit sharing which is tied to year end bonus, some years due to economic or financial challenges bonus have not been issued.

Weekly pay. Randomly get to go home “some days” One weekend day off as well as weekday (Sunday, Monday) Tips Learn to assemble some furniture for side jobs

Cons

Start at 6am never really know when you’re gonna get off. Pay doesn’t match the work. Penalized for every little thing. Only can use 2 sick days in a three day period. Very demanding and not fulfilling work unless you like filling customers home with furniture. You will be tired and you won’t have anything else to do while you’re working here unless it’s your day off. Will be charged if you damage a customers home. Lose any tool you will be charge.
