      This company has gone above and beyond my expectations when it comes to family based culture with a rewarding pay structure based on personal performance and a willing to help attitude towards every obstacle. Wish I would have started the first day you opened. Best company I’ve worked for in over 20 years in retail.

      City offers great opportunity for those that are trying to build a career from the ground up. There are plenty of options to grow with the company as long as you are dedicated to the job. City offers a create experience opportunity in all aspects of the retail business.

      Cons

      A lot of work is put into creating a culture of growth and teamwork, however, sometimes the ideology of our operating system gets forced too much and the state of the business suffers financially as a result.
