Pros

City Furniture is a great company for growth opportunities in management. The commission structure provides uncapped earning potential plus monthly bonuses. Friendly and family oriented atmosphere.

Cons

I do not have any negatives to mention as I have meet some really nice people to work with and enjoy going to work.

Pros

flexible hours. some weeks you make decent money. no real physical labor, its really the easiest job i have ever had.

Cons

This company is purely sales driven if you cannot sell you don't belong. there are long hours, goals that are unreasonable, only %4 commission, horrible customer service (which causes most of your cancellations) you can come in after 2 days off to a negative paycheck. The hourly is only about $11.50 if you don't exceed your hourly pay with commissions. Upper management and managers DO NOT care about you, you will be treated like cattle. if you do not produce they will get rid of you not work with you. if you are offered a position make sure you get all the details IN WRITING. If your general manager does not like you and you have any hopes of progressing into the management program get real comfortable because you aren't going anywhere.
