Pros

Great discount (35%) on CJ affiliates such as CGV, Olive Young and VIPS. Also, the company provide hotel discount in Korea and also overseas which I personally think the best befit.

Cons

Just 10,000 won for overwork. Try to squeeze every penny out of everywhere. Stressful and demanding especially for marketers. Top-down decision on the high target sales makes employees frustrated.

Welfare is superior, collegue (but not boss) could be in the top rank, also good to learn what consumer marketig is,,,

Cons

Salary is very notorious, and workload,,,is the worst, And there are not many real manger to learn something, afterall, very hard to work more than 10 years
