      Pros

      The company is very much open to new ideas and there are a lot of room for creativity. If you are lucky, you'll get to work on a lot of exciting projects. Your colleagues are likely to be very competitive and hardworking, smart and trendy people.

      Low pay(although it's the industry), work/life balance is hard to be achieved

      Nothing good about this company , politics involved everywhere, HR department is just to handle manpower, calling it as a mechanical company is really a crime.

      Place is like garbage, no job security.
