Pros

If you want to learn about how the media works in a big corporation in South Korea, CJ is the place to be. A lot of young energetic workers in the firm.

Cons

Working hours can vary daily and be hard to get in. I have felt that the company is super hierarchical and can be gruesome on some weeks.
