First of all, All of CJ Group companies uses their employee as a machine. They seldom meet their family in weekdays. Higher Position (Ex - General manager) peoples always said "we have no family. my boy n daughter can't remember my face." If you endure theses things in company, You'll be promoted to the higher level. but most of staffs doesn't think so. Highest salaries in Logistics industry.

Cons

There's so many good mid-term managers. But HQ didn't use their manpowers so good. the board of directors must hear employee's voice.
