Great health benefits, and a lot of hardworking employees. Supported by CJ Corp,a +$20Billion parent company in Korea

Cons

Very difficult place to work; poor work and family balance; too much control from Korea; cultural clash; extremely poor sr. management leadership; poor communication; all work and no reward; low pay; very limited growth opportunity

Close to home, guys in my department.

Cons

The environment is hot and dusty. No money spent to fix things right. The HR supervisor tells confidential information to her friends and has had a couple extra marital affairs with employees but nothing ever happens. The company spilled fertilizer into a creek recently and no press release for a couple days. People in office sit with feet on their desks while production get worked like dogs.
