      Pros

      - Extremely valuable benefits, including top tier health coverage - Unique and rare opportunity to work in film and accelerate industry networking - The work is fun; there is flexibility to experiment - Management supports ideas and initiatives - Depending on your department there is little to no micro-management - Movie tickets, CJ discounts, very generous benefits - By the time I left I felt some of the cons were getting fixed, so I think CJ 4DPLEX will be better - Biggest pro by far is the fast track of industry experience; it's valuable, rare, and will open a lot of doors - I like the CJ brand, so it was great to work with the affiliate companies as well; liked the discounts on their products Overall I had a good experience

      Cons

      - Salary is under industry standard - Location is awful - middle of Hollywood; this was the biggest con - There wasn't flexibility to work from home, but this may have changed - Office is small, cramped, and break room was not befit to the number of people - Some interdepartmental snags because of lack of communication If these cons are fixed, it would be one of the best companies to work for - easily
