Great growth potential, Excellent Health Benefits, Perks (PTO - 3 weeks wow... 10 Holidays, Referral Bonus, Educational Assistance Program, etc.) Good example of top management: When I saw the CEO greeted with humble gesture during the conversation with me, I assumed he/she would be the very important guest from outside or affiliates, later I found out he was one of our managers who are working in the CK. I was very impressed at this time about the Company and top management.

Cons

Long working hours~~ hard to keep work life balance, low infrastructure....
