There are so many approval (gateway) to make a new product. sometimes it delayed the promotion day because of useless approval.

The benefits are amazing, good pay, and a great team atmosphere. CJ is a company that cares about it's employees and is striving to grow and become the number one Lysine plant in the world!

Cons

Rotating shifts can be a drag, it can be hot in the summer but in the winter it's nice and warm.
