Pros

CJ E&M deals with K-pop contents and K-drama which seems fun. But only if you really want this media industry. A company tries to change the culture, introducing flexible work time and Break for Invent policy letting employees take half-day off once in 2 weeks freely. Young employees are open minded and creative. Ban sexual harassment strictly and nobody dislikes women who enjoy cigarettes. Many women executives and leaders. You can work with Korean actors and pop stars if you work in marketing, production or PR area.

Cons

Too much work load and the elders have old fashioned Korean working habits, and most of them act aggressively with negative thinking. And usually the executives are timid to put investment in R&D, and almost everyone is so sensitive like they have bipolar. And the worst thing is low salary. But it's all because of dull market growth and saturated viewership ratings in the domestic market.

Pros

As the managers have their plain workers to have too heavy works and responsibility in their work and the company has a leading position in its industry, the ordinary employees have some opportunities in the company and the welfare is not bad in compare to other major companies in Seoul.

Cons

Vertical hierarchy and military culture are pervasive in the company so members cannot express their opinions freely and the old-fashioned managers always press their members to overwork even if it's necessary or not. And this silly atmosphere is possible because the company doesn't pay for extra work.

Pros

Has nice vision(Global Top 5) and they do M&A in Asia Pacific region. It might be good for your career as Logistician in Korea. Top logistics company in Korea(As TPL)

Cons

There's no work and life balance. Only work and work like slave. Of course there's a role and responsibility but you need to be multi player. There might be a chance to go to mountain at weekend 1~2 times(or more) per year in the name of team building You don't need to do best at there because once you do well with your tasks then your manager will give more work and finally you'll got choke by your tasks
