Pros

1. Good welfare benefits as a part of the CJ group 2. Work and life balance (It depends on which department you are working for, but most of the departments work from 9 to 6)

Cons

1. It stopped growing due to the limited scope as an offline theater service. 2. It doesn't suit the media trend. People are any longer watch movies in the theater. 3. Poor management, especially the human resource part
