Good colleagues and lots of things to learn. Learn a lot of critical things in a major production such as SAP & MES

Cons

Fully utilized with minimum wages. Safety department not functioning well just sat back inside office. Too much bureaucracy issue between locals to the top management. Unfair treatment to the locals
