My experience with (CLA) was disappointing. Communication throughout the engagement was often delayed or unclear, which made it difficult for me to get timely updates or have my concerns addressed effectively. I also noticed a consistent lack of attention to detail, and several deliverables required multiple corrections—raising concerns about the firm's internal quality control. What concerned me even more was the involvement of a so-called family member affiliated with the firm. Their presence appeared to compromise the objectivity and professionalism I expected, and at times, it felt like their relationship with the firm influenced the engagement in ways that were not appropriate. In addition, there was noticeable staff turnover and a lack of experience on the team, which led to inefficiencies and recurring errors. Given CLA’s reputation, I had higher expectations for both technical expertise and professionalism. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short. I hope CLA takes this feedback seriously and works to improve its internal processes, client communication, and ethical boundaries—especially when personal relationships are involved.
