I worked there 2 years ago and I do not know if anything has changed. Pro is that there were a lot of resources for benefits and learning.

Cons

Overall environment to me was a major con. It seemed like everyone was so depressed and hated being there. Culture was unhealthy, people would gossip, including managers, and create drama. PTO time is very short and you are not compensated if you did not take time off. Pay was low too imo
