Cons

Long hours, below market value salaries, no appreciation for employees. Doesn't have big 4 name recognition, benefits, or opportunities, but they will work you just as hard.

They care about employee development and growing junior staff. You will work hard but learn a lot and be well positioned for whatever you want to do next in your career.

Cons

Billable hours are tough to meet and it can wear you down. However, it isn't any different than other public accounting firms in that regard.
