      Some weeks are flexible, and you don't have to necessarily work "8-5"

      Cons

      Some weeks you work 7:30am-7pm and some days even later. Sometimes there is pressure to go over your charge hour budget so you can get a job done, so you work more hours but don't get a bonus for extra time at the end of the year.

      This firm allows you to balance work/social life. If you work hard early into your career, you will get noticed and partners/managers will place more trust/responsibility for you.
