Pros

Not really any. CEO is good.

Cons

Hodge podge of a bunch of little acquired firms. Created an unprofessional mess.

Pros

They can be flexible with work schedules. If you have kids or family needs they will work with you. Multiple industries and service lines to work in.

Cons

You’re not going to make a lot of money here. Unless you’re a white male with sore knees, they’re going to under pay you. Their idea of training is throwing you into the water and hope that you swim. Lots of accounting firms are like this, and I may have just been unlucky with the region I was in (Wisconsin), but it’s unrealistic the amount of pressure they throw onto you as a new hire. You’re lucky if they assign a manager on the job with you as a lifeline. Don’t expect help. Most managers have been smart enough to leave but that just leaves snotty principals who think they are too good to train anybody and interns/associates/seniors who have no idea what they’re doing. They have a coaching thing for you’re “inspired career” but it’s so tone deaf. Nobody knows what to really do and just fills out the quarterly form. Inspired career is a load on bs too. They don’t care what industry you want to be in. If you’re in the region, they are sticking you where they need you- no escaping.

Pros

Easy to get a job here because they can't keep any staff.

Cons

They are 20 years behind their competition in technology, compensation and reality. They are so big on culture that they forget that people work to earn money. You can't compensate employees with culture.
