      Pros

      Good work life balance, decent benefits. Good place to start your career and get experience on your resume. Paid time off to volunteer in community.

      Cons

      Pay is well below industry average. Management seems to have lost focus on the big picture.

      Pros

      You work your 8hrs and go home. The workload is not overwhelming. The employees and management are friendly. The CEO is the type to hold the door for you. Be prepared to volunteer (2 paid days a year). I was moved around the accounting department, so I gained much experience and knowledge.

      Cons

      Better job duties description. More vacation time would be great (you start off with 2weeks)
