There is some level of professionalism. They have decent benefits. And you can generally work as much overtime as you want. You can also work from home/ hybrid s lot of the time.

Cons

There is no considered with this company. They play favorites, and have inconsistent expectations for employees. They pay is also very low. They have a high turnover rate.
