      In retrospect there isn't any, if you work in TSC

      Cons

      Workload to pay ratio was a joke, favortism with a splash of sexism against the male workforce was abhorrent. Known employees making pornographic content on work site, nothing was done AND they were promoted to leadership position. Out sourcing job to another country leading to even worse work load.
