Pros
They TRY to work with your schedule. Coworkers are the sweetest. If it weren't for them a lot of us would've quit by now.
Cons
Very unorganized and at times unprofessional. When you first are hired on you are a temp through the Arnold group and in most cases they keep you a temp as long as possible then let you go and the higher a new temp in your place. Many of us feel very under appreciated and used at times because we cannot suggest things to make it a better work environment or if we do we get ignored. If you request a certain schedule good luck getting it.
