Pros

It is a fast paced work environment so you're kept busy. There is opportunity to learn and grow. It would be good as a first job as they tend to hire new grads. If you take initiative, you will get noticed.

Cons

It can get stressful sometimes as management pushes you to meet targets. There is tendency for the tasks to become repetitive.
