      Pros

      Company is and has been growing. Leadership is great about putting money back into the different areas of the business. A lot of teamwork across the company & constantly helping each other out. Much work has been done to modernize this industry. With all the growth there is plenty opportunities to find the job that best suits you & the company. They do a terrific job celebrating & recognizing employees and their results.

      Cons

      It can be a very busy day in different parts of the business. You will need to be organized and pace yourself. On the bright side it makes the day go quick.

      Good benefits, knowledgeable management, can be promoted from floor to management.

      Cons

      Poor starting pay, no home life, work most holidays, 80-90 hours a week common, Vacation can be cancelled with very little notice.
