      It gets the bills paid, that's about it. Especially with everything increasing in price, we need more money!!!!

      No work life balance, and they need to up the pay to at least $21.50 an hour instead of $16.85

      Some great people were there when I was there. Paid well.

      Absolute absurd mess of a corporate structure. Leaders were idiots and backstabbing and taking credit for others' work was par for the course. The viciousness and climbing and insider B.S. was almost hard to fathom. I've worked with and for a lot of companies and I've never seen/experienced anything like it. It blows my mind that this company still exists. It's only because of the capital intensive nature of this business that it could survive. Message me. I wrote a book, part of which tells the story of my experience there. Granted, it was a while ago and hopefully things have changed.
