      Pros

      Stable company with good benefits, vacation time and excellent pay. If you show up on time, leave on time and rarely call in sick - you are golden.

      Cons

      Seems to have missed the boat on cultivating their internal talent. Upper management seems to ignore the skills that their employees are best at - taking intelligent people and pigeonholing them into roles that do not challenge or utilize what they are best at . Once overheard a Sr. Exec refer to their employees as "a bunch of monkeys" WOW - Tell us how you really feel about the people you have doing jobs you have no knowledge to do yourself?! Places people in supervisory roles with zero emotional intelligence who have no experience dealing with direct reports.

      Pros

      good safety precautions and management. People are always willing to help one another out and boost employee moral in a tough work enviornment.

      Cons

      hard work environment and you are never sure how many hours you are going to be there unless you are on a shift crew. there is a click within management that is very strong.

      has all the necessary tools for work. very organized. supplies me with safety equipment

      very hot on the scaffold and roof. not allowed to drink water on scaffold must ride down.
