      You get to lay back......and do absolutely nothing

      Cons

      This company's IT department feels like it's stuck in a 1990s time warp. Innovation? What's that? It seems like the only thing innovating here is the number of gray hairs on the heads of the staff. Don't get me wrong, experience is valuable, but this place feels like a retirement home for tech. If you're a young, ambitious IT professional, get out of there. This company is a relic of the past, and working here will do nothing to advance your career. They're single-handedly responsible for the IT skills gap – they're breeding a generation of tech-averse dinosaurs.
