Pros

Weekly pay. That's all that's good

Cons

Corporate changes have left the employees with a worthless bonus structure. The 401k match is only 4.5%. Mandatory overtime to meet goals but no motivation from employees as pay and bonuses have only gotten worse. Looking for better employment.
