Pros

CMC is a great company that puts its money where it's mouth is for supporting employees. Family-focused work environment, hard working, and strong financial incentives and perks. Great professional development and promotion opportunities with a strong learning culture. I highly recommend working here if you can.

Cons

You have to be on board with the work culture here in order to succeed. Some positions can also be physically strenuous so may not be for everyone.

Pros

Time off if you got the pay you deserved for the job. Benefits are good. You get bonuses twice a year but they aren't really that great. Plentyof vacation and personal days but you can't afford to take them.

Cons

Low pay, don't want to let you get hours, management has double standards for people, again the pay is a big con waaayyyy below the national average for the job.
