Good company to work for, but if you want to be able to make more money you have to be willing to move to corporate in Irving, TX.

Cons

No move-up positions are available when you are at one of the shops. You have to wait for someone to leave or be fired.

Pay is terrible for the amount of work They don’t give much of a raise for more experience Very slow during holidays Constant problems with machines They say safety is #1 until they HAVE to get something out the door
