      Pros

      Pension, wlb, good team and smart people to work with.

      Cons

      Lack of diversity, they are quick to fire people color over technicalities. Lack of respect for women in middle management. HR is disconnected and not knowledgeable. HR will fire you over a poorly implemented process then change the process. Promotion is difficult, someone has to leave in order to open a spot. They do not care about you.
